Client Portal

We use a secure, easy-to-use client portal to help you manage appointments, forms, and communication — with your privacy always top of mind.

 

All JNM Wellness clients have access to a secure, personalized client portal. Through your portal, you can view your appointment history, see upcoming session details, and cancel or reschedule appointments if needed. This is also where you’ll find links to join any virtual sessions and complete forms securely — all in one convenient place.

Connect With Your Therapist

​Need to chat with your therapist or send confidential documents? 

 

Your client portal has a secure messaging tab that allows you communicate directly with your assigned therapist, send them reports or documents, or schedule/reschedule your appointments.​

Payments

We accept online payments by credit or debit.  You can make a payment through your client portal.  Credit card information is stored and processed securely through our Stripe integration.  For more information, please speak to your therapist or our admin team.
