All of our clients have access to their own secure client portal account. Your client portal provides you with your appointment history, upcoming appointment details, and the option to cancel your scheduled sessions if needed. This is where you will find links to join any virtual sessions as well.
Need to chat with your therapist or send confidential documents?
Your client portal has a secure messaging tab that allows you communicate directly with your assigned therapist, send them reports or documents, or schedule/reschedule your appointments.
We accept online payments by credit or debit. You can make a payment through your client portal. Credit card information is stored and processed securely through our Stripe integration. For more information, please speak to your therapist or our admin team.
