Support may include pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, or relationship difficulties that arise in the perinatal period. Our therapists are trained and experienced in providing treatment that is specifically tailed to this season of life.

The initial session focuses on understanding your perinatal experience, support systems, and goals, while ensuring therapy feels safe and supportive.

Together, we may explore changing roles, relationship dynamics, expectations of yourself, and the physical and emotional adjustments that come with this stage of life. Therapy offers space to slow down, reflect, and build practical tools that support both your well-being and your confidence moving forward.

Sessions are available in our Carleton Place office, as an outdoor walk (with or without your baby), or virtually from home—offering flexibility and support during a season of life that doesn’t always follow a predictable schedule.
