Every client comes to therapy with a unique set of skills and needs. A holistic and empathetic approach is imperative to my work with clients, and I believe that it is through this approach that I can empower my clients to make positive changes and achieve their goals. My theoretical orientation is integrative, person-centred, and combines techniques from Psychoanalytic, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioural, Schema, Solutions Focused, and Strength Based Therapies.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a full-standing member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I have a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Carleton University.
I have been working in the field of addictions and mental health for more than 7 years, where I have developed a deep interest in supporting individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. Most of my experience in the field of mental health has come from working with adolescents and their families to address a variety of presenting problems as both a crisis support worker and therapist.
I provide services to adolescents and adults for a variety of concerns.
