Jess Wong, MACP Cand.
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
I understand that life can feel heavy at times. These difficult seasons can leave us feeling alone, overwhelmed, and unsure where to turn. I believe therapy is most impactful when you feel truly seen, understood, and supported. My goal is to offer a warm, compassionate space where, together, we can explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and work toward creating a life with greater balance and a deeper sense of well-being.
Some of my main areas of focus include:
• Anxiety
• Depression & low mood
• ADHD & executive functioning
• Stress & burnout
• Emotion regulation & anger
• Trauma & grief
• Relationship challenges
• Emotional disconnect
• Trust and communication issues
I genuinely believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, as each person’s story and needs are unique. Therefore, I work collaboratively with you to find what feels right. My approach is grounded in empathy and compassion, and draws on evidence-based practices such as somatic interventions, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for individuals, as well as The Gottman Method and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
If this feels like the right fit, I invite you to reach out. I would be honoured to walk alongside you as we begin building a path toward meaningful growth.
