Every individual is unique and comes to therapy with their own lived experiences, therefore, I tailor my approach to meet each person's unique needs. My therapeutic style is integrative, drawing from several evidence-based modalities. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop personalized strategies for overcoming obstacles and achieving their goals.
