For me, becoming a certified personal trainer was inspired by my transition to motherhood and by other women who felt frustrated by the many barriers between them and a healthy, active lifestyle. Some of the main challenges I’ve witnessed are time constraints, lack of motivation, feeling intimidated by workout spaces (like the gym), no accountability, no idea what to do or where to start, and zero enjoyment of the exercise they were trying to do. That’s where I come in. I’m here to help you commit the time to feel energized, strong, and accomplished – all in a comfortable, judgment-free environment!
I’m certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness, where I learned the latest techniques for building strength, flexibility, endurance, agility, stability, coordination, conditioning, and power from some of the leading experts in the field. My training and certification in Holistic Nutrition gives me an additional layer of knowledge that will complement your physical fitness regime. Safety is my number one concern, and I have up to date training in CPR, first aid, and AED.
