As a nutritionist, I offer comprehensive assessments, nutrition and lifestyle counselling, meal planning, and in-home services to guide you toward a holistic, healthy, achievable, and sustainable way of attaining your goals. My focus is on arming you with preventative measures to help you avoid many of today’s most common health concerns, including inflammatory conditions, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, fibromyalgia, Alzheimer’s, mental illness, weight challenges, and more.
Movement is also a major element of living a healthy lifestyle. Incorporating activity into your life can be much easier said than done. By working with me, you can expect to gain strategies that are uniquely tailored to your fitness abilities and goals, as well as designed to fit into your demanding schedule, making them sustainable and achievable.

After losing my father to cancer at a young age, I started to think a lot about how we can take a more proactive approach to our health. What can we do to act before it’s too late? How can we minimize our chances of getting one of these diseases which have plagued the 21st century? This lit a fire under me and was the beginning of what was initially a hobby, then a lifestyle, and now a career. I believe that, for many of us, our current food and lifestyle are contributing to making us sick. My programs are designed to help you change that.
Weight is also a major challenge in our society. The majority of what we have been taught over the years has been working against us. Fad diets and yo-yo dieting are damaging our metabolism. Chronic dieting can have many negative health effects, not to mention undesirable results! I want to help you achieve your weight loss goals in a way that is not only healthy, but also sustainable over the long term. This means getting you to a place where you feel you’re best, where you feel most healthy, regardless of the number on the scale.
Another passion of mine is helping pregnant and postpartum women. As a mother, I have a great understanding of how challenging it can be to be healthy through pregnancy and to remain healthy while transitioning into life with a newborn. We take on a lot as moms, and it can be overwhelming, not to mention time consuming. We shift our focus onto caring for another and often don’t have the time or energy to devote to our own health and recovery. We often rely on convenience foods (if we eat at all). I want to show you that it’s a lot easier than you think to eat well with limited time and limited energy, so that you can be the healthiest mom possible for yourself and your little one!
No matter who you are or what your goals may be, I believe that balance is key. You don’t have to deprive yourself to be healthy or to get where you want to be. Balance is something that many people don’t understand or know how to achieve because we’ve never been taught correctly. I want to help you find that balance and reach your goals.
